SUMMARY
Upon request, surveillance was conducted using 2 investigators on Tuesday, February 2, 2010.
Investigators observed Ms. and as they left Ms. residence,
travelled to Palm Beach International Airport for travel on Jet Blue Airlines to JFK Airport in
New York. Below you will find the details of the investigation during this time period.
SURVEILLANCE DETAILS
Tuesday February 2, 2010
3:38 am
Investigators Z.Bechard and K.Wilgus arrived at the subject's residence. The was parked
in front of the subject's Apt building in a handicap space. There were no lights on in the

obtained. apartment and no visible activity. The investigators took a surveillance position in the parking
lot with a direct view of the apartment and vehicle.
9:04 am
An unknown female approached the subject's apartment and knocked on the door. The subject
was observed in the doorway as she answered the door. The unknown female left.
9:24 am
The subject exited her apartment wearing dark colored jeans, white high heels and a long black
leather overcoat. She walked to the sidewalk with a large leopard print shoulder bag and a
pillow under her arm and she pulled a suitcase out to the sidewalk. She left the suitcase and all
the items outside and returned to the apartment. Subject exited the apartment again with another
suitcase and also smoking a cigarette. She left the suitcase outside and again walked back inside.
She then came back out with another large duffle suitcase bag and put it with the rest. Video
obtained.
9:26 am
ails"into her vehicle and moved it to another parking space. The subject's friend,
exited the apartment wearing light gray jeans and a light blue fleece jacket.
They both entered the apartment again. Video obtained.
9:29 am
The subject came out and stood by the bags. Video obtained.

The subject and grabbed their bags and began to walk through the parking lot pulling their
suit cases behind them. Video obtained.

Both subject and walked all the way to the front gate at the front of the apartment complex.
They stopped at the curb and waited. Video obtained.
left the area and got the maintenance man to give her a ride in the golf cart back to the
apartment. Video obtained.
9:48 am
Yellow Cab van #263 pulled up and stopped at the subject. The driver got out and helped the
subject load the bags into the taxi van. Video obtained.

IIII returned and got into the van. The taxi departed. Investigators followed the taxi. During
the drive the girls were observed being very overly friendly with the driver. They gave him a
business card with something written on it. Video obtained.
10:15 am
The taxi arrived at Palm Beach International Airport and drove to the departures terminal. The
girls got out and walked into the terminal with their bags.
10:18 am
They walked to the Jet Blue ticket counter and spoke with to a Jet Blue agent. The investigator
determined that they missed their flight that was supposed to leave around 10:30 am. The girls
had many agents working on their situation to get them on another flight.
10:48 am
They seemed to get boarding passes from the agents. The investigator observed the luggage tag
and determined that their bags were going to JFK airport. Investigator Bechard obtained a fully
refundable ticket so as to proceed through the security gates.
11:15am
The girls left the ticket counter and walked into the terminal. They went to the bathroom.
11:30 am
The girls exited the bathroom and entered Sam Snead's bar and grill and sat at the bar. They
ordered large 36oz glass beers.
11:37 am
The subject spoke to a guy sitting at the bar and asked him to come and sit by them. They
ordered tequila shots and all 3 wok the shots as the bar tender took a picture.
11:55 am
The girls were very flirtatious with the guy and at one point he took out his Mac laptop and the
subject used it to show him a website or something. The subject gave him a business card and
wrote something on it and the guy gave her his card. The girls were excited and loud and could
be heard hooting and hollering while at the bar.
12:07 pm
The guy left the bar and the subject was overheard saying "are you gonna call me?"
12:25 pm
The girls left the bar and proceeded through the security check point.
12:34 pm
The girls walked through the terminal. The subject grabbed a wheel chair and sat in it as
pushed her towards the gate. They were visibly intoxicated, behaving erratic and loud. They
approached some grounds crewmen in the terminal and conversed for a moment and then made
their way to the gate.

Subject and-1 were the last passengers to board the 12:50 pm Jet Blue flight to JFK Airport
and the door was closed behind them. Surveillance terminated.
1:45 pm
Investigator obtained a refund for his ticket.
