Earlier Erin came to me and told me she has been speaking to some guest and they told her they chose us
because were cheaper then everyone else. She was very upset that was the respond she received. She just
wanted me to know about it. I told her we do have promos going on and I have noticed a lot of the guest are
booking the 5 night promo. Steve came in and I noticed they were talking. He then came to the front desk and
asked about the rates I told hiM how much we are selling for and he automatically goes "That is bullshit
cheap ass rates, we giving a room out for free might as well sell them for $1.00".
It was so embarrassing because he did it at the front desk.
Just wanted to give you a heads up.
