still waiting on reply from Scott and i have called him as well
i spoke with louella who told me the following:
a) tuesday alarm company came out to secure new window yet Coastal did not work Wednesday and Thursday this week
b) louella and renato put drapes over windows to cover up terrible looks
c) rooms with new windows: master, 4 guest rooms, spa room and I door in guest room
d) open to do: stairs, baths 2 & 3, master bath and garage
sorry for the inconvicnce you will have on your FBI visit..
i spoke with keny and told her that Coastal has been terrible..

we were told 3 weeks for this job installation and we arc already at 4 weeks with at least another 2 weeks to go
i am in a terrible situation as each time you give me information that i communicate to mr epstein it proves to be inaccurate
i would like your dry wall guys and window installation guys all back on wednesday june 7th so we can pick up some lost time..
please confirm you will resume work on June 7th

Richard we will be finishing the openings recently installed for the owner to use the home on lune 2 we are trying to get the exterior stucco and interior drywall completed at each of the openings that are near complete.
Due to the nature of the residence we treat the home with care, this takes a lot of time, we set up full protection for each opening covering and protecting in all interior areas. also we have been working with framing conditions that
must be built to except the strop required for installation and satisfy the inspector on each opening.
This leaves 6 openings to be completed at this time.
