I really appreciate the use of the yearbooks. Should there be a problem with the use
of the yearbooks, I have authorization to purchase the yearbooks or pay for a reorder
of the yearbooks. I realize the investigation has been long term, I assure you when
the investigation and prosecution of the suspect is complete, they will be returned.
The yearbooks have been a great asset and I apologize for any inconvenience this
may have caused. I hope the attached property receipt will ease any fear that the
books are being misused. Should you have any questions please don't hesitate to
call.

Subject RE: RPBHS
Lt. S in regards to these e•mails and the Year Books, first of all I want to thank you for your assistance in obtaining the year books.
They have been extremely helpful in this investigation.
I have spoken to Detective regarding the year books. He has advised me (aid I agree) that it is important that we maintain these year
books for evidentiary purposes. However, Detective advised me that if this is a problem that his agency will purchase the year books for
his case if necessary to eliminate any issues Ms. Stoke may have.
I will also have Detective ax a copy of his evidence sheet to shOw that these year books are in evidence regarding the case he is
conducting along with the State Attorney's Office.
If anyone needs to speak with me regarding this matter, please give them my phone number and forward my email to them.
Again Thank You for Assisting in this investigation.
Lt. also could you please forward this e-mail to Mr. Mitchell and Mr. Garcia for some reason it would not go through.

Good Morning Teresa,
Hope all is going well with you. I need an update from you concerning the investigation that your office and FDLE are conducting. I hope the Royal

LTC IL;
Good Morning Ginger.
In response to your e-mail, FDLE has the yearbooks and have not completed their investigation in a criminal matter and to clarify a point in your
e-mail.no one removed the yearbooks from your office. My understanding is that you gave them to Officer=for me to loan them to the State
Attorneys Office. I do not appreciate the implication of your statement. Our goal in being a family is to assest each other, without time frame, to
ensure a safe educational environment for everyone. The books have been a great assest to them and will be returned as soon as they are
flu shed with their investigation. I appreciate the loan of your yearbooks. In the future it may be a good idea for the district to provide a CD version
of every schools yearbooks ( including ARCHIVAL) to School Police and the State Attorneys Office so we do not inconvenence anyone. Again,
thank you for your assistance.

I left a message the other day concerning the yearbooks that were removed from my office almost a year ago. The 2003 and 2004
yearbooks that were taken are ARCHIVAL copies for our media center collection. I was not asked if they could be borrowed...they
were simply taken, which is neither considerate nor the proper way to borrow items from a library or media center, particularly from
someone's office.
Apparently, police officers or other law enforcement personnel needed to "identify" students with their yearbook photos.
Please return our yearbooks...we have now processed (barcoded and entered into our circulation system) the few yearbooks that we
still own, but we have a "void" for those two years.
Thank you.
