Dear Barbro,
It was a pleasure speaking to you earlier today.
To further our conversation, below is the invitation sent to you by my colleague, Alex. I
have also attached the current guest list from 18 February as well as the
final agenda from last years event so you can get a general feel for the
format. The topics and speakers will change, but the schedule remains the
same.
I hope this information, along with Paul's recommendation, helps you to make the decision
to join us next month.
I look forward to hearing back from you after you have spoken with Sweden regarding
your schedule availability. If I can answer any further questions not covered
on the registration website (www.bioexecinstitute.com/site/new-
registrations), please let me know.
Best,
Mary

Dear Barbro,
Please find below an invitation to our annual BioExec Institute Retreat. I was sorry to hear
via Mary that you had not received our previous invitations. These were
distributed via our online marketing software and whilst I can confirm they
were sent, unfortunately email systems can filter them out as spam or junk
mail. With this in mind, I am hoping this invitation via my personal email
will reach you and would be grateful if you could confirm back to me that
you have safely received it.
We very much hope you can join us at the Retreat and please don't hesitate to contact me
should you have any queries. Should you wish to confirm, please could you
register via our new online webpage www.bioexecinstitute.comtsiteinew-
registrations. Our previous registration webpage has currently been
suspended due to over capacity to the retreat. With this in mind, we would
greatly appreciate your feedback on whether you plan to attend by next
Wednesday. We are presently holding you a place at the Retreat but
should you not be able to attend, we would then make this available to our
wait list.
Thank you and kind regards,
Alex

Dear Barbro,
Paul Sekhri is on our Board of Directors and suggested we contact you with this invitation to
our Annual BioExec Institute Retreat, taking place in Palm Beach from Wednesday, 20th to
Saturday. 23rd March 2013.
Over the past nine years, The BioExec Institute has established a uniquely intimate and
private meeting where top executives and leading figures in the life science industry can
meet to discuss keeping ahead of industry trends and take advantage of socializing directly
with potential partners and investors.
We appreciate your time is precious and with this in mind, we have created an invaluable
networking space where you can rapidly find the necessary tools and information for
continued growth to your business.
We very much hope you can join us at our annual meeting.
About The BioExec Institute
Established in 2004, The BioExec Institute is a non-profit organization and a network of top
executives, key influencers and other visionaries in the life sciences who shape the future of
the industry. As part of our networking facility, the Institute holds an annual retreat which is
strictly 'invitation -only' and which provides a unique blend of business and social activities
that enable the forging of direct alliances.

About The Retreat
The Retreat is an annual meeting of approximately 60 senior members in the life sciences.
The program is a combination of think-tank sessions and social activities and is developed
under the guidance of our Board of Directors and Advisory Board, whose combined
experience and knowledge of the industry assists in shaping the content of the meeting and
advising on the selection of people to attend. The think-tank sessions cover issues central to
the development of the industry and provide an interactive forum for honest debate. Notably
presentations do not feature in the event format and the meeting is closed to members of the
press in order to promote an intimate environment where our members can participate in
frank and open discussion.
Social activities include golfing, sailing, soccer and a number of evening receptions which
offer the opportunity to interact and network on a relaxed and social basis.
