Hi Kevin,
Regarding desired outcomes.... EY has been engaged by the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia to help the
Saudi government develop two ultra-luxury islands off the coast of the Red Sea.
The target demo is similar to that of the Core Club: global citizens with $30 million to $1 billion + in
assets. The goal is to imagine, design and develop experiences unlike anything that's ever existed.
Our client's project lead is in NY and we felt it could be valuable for him to meet with and exchange
ideas with you about target audience, how to serve them, how to differentiate in an increasingly competitive market,
etc.
Please let me know if you need any additional information. Looking forward to meeting you tomorrow.
Thank you!
Regards,
Sam Bastien

Sam,
Thank you for the email.
The team will be expecting everyone and will escort everyone to the correct location.
As Jim suggested a tour after could be very fitting. Regarding the discussion, what is the desired
outcome from this meeting on your end? Are you looking for something in particular? > >

Hi all,
A few quick follow ups on the note below regarding the Core Club.
1. Can you accommodate 3 additions to the list below? Please add Fran Exley, Libby
Tillmann, and Sam Bastien.
2. Who will be our primary point of contact on Tuesday when we arrive? Is there a
phone number where we can reach this person should we need to?
3. Can you please share with me what we have scheduled for the time (food/dining?
tour? discussion)? Just want to make sure our team comes appropriately prepared.
Thank you and have a great weekend!
