Until today I was under impression they were on not attending. O=iginally John was to attend. NowKeith will attend. EA
indicated he w=s to provide outlook and turn around plans. As I mentioned i was instructe= to withhold Phaidon
financials and projections. There are no projections for Regan Arts. I want to question J=dith to probe her but I am not
given access. EA said John would gather. &n=sp;Nothing gathered as of yet as I understand Judith has not acceded to th=
inquiry on revenues.
