There are several problems with the mount on=the gym. It is rusted to the point where a new reflector
will break it and=it seems like the lightening arrester was removed.

Earl and Hector =oth recommend that a temporary 5' to 6' pole be installed in the =C2 back of the gym
facing the tower. They can begin Monday and it is a 4= hour installation.
Earl and Hector will advise on a permanent solu=ion and submit for approval.
