Many organizations report benefits from implementing responsible AI, including improved efficiency and enhanced customer trust.2 Despite this, research has found that less than 1% of organizations have fully operationalized responsible AI in a comprehensive and anticipatory manner.3 This gap in responsible AI implementation slows progress, undermines trust in AI technologies and limits their transformative potential.
