To address the changes associated with the
evolving energy landscape, Aramco site at Yanbu
has faced challenges pertaining to attracting and
retaining skilled workers.
Recognizing this risk, the site embarked on a
transformative six -year journey to reshare its
workforce and work model.
This journey was powered by cutting -edge
technology and the principles of the Fourth
Industrial Revolution implementing talent
innovations such as Artificial Intelligence Matching
(AIM), the Generative AI Meta Brain Solution, and a
Citizen Development Upskilling Platform.
As s result, employee productivity surged by 51%,
overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) improved by
