Among those reporting insufficient levels of cyber resilience, 85% also cited missing critical skills and people to fulfil cybersecurity objectives. By comparison, only 22% of highly resilient organizations viewed skills gaps as a significant challenge. According to the survey, the top three cybersecurity roles experiencing shortages are threat intelligence analysts, DevSecOps engineers, and identity and access management specialists.
