The EUDR can present a complex compliance challenge. The regulation requires plot-level geolocation validation, legal land-use verification, deforestation risk-scoring and timely submission of due diligence statements (DDS). Managing this across fragmented, smallholder-heavy supply chains frequently leads to data silos, manual bottlenecks, inconsistent assessments and missed regulatory updates. To address this, TraceX Technologies developed an agentic AI solution to automate and improve the EUDR compliance process. The system streamlines supplier onboarding through AI-driven workflows, generates dynamic risk questionnaires and processes unstructured documents to extract key compliance data.
