Tuesday 1:18 p.m. — Police discovered a registered sex offender out of compliance for moving without registering a change of address. Tuesday 2:59 p.m. — Police received a report from a mandatory reporter that a juvenile reported being assaulted by an unknown acquaintance. Tuesday 4:20 p.m. — A man reported that an unknown suspect used his social security number to obtain a rental agreement in Washington D.C. Tuesday 10:45 p.m. — Police arrested a 47-year-old man for assault, two counts of menacing, harassment, interference with a police report and criminal mischief after responding to a domestic violence call on the 2200 block of Siskiyou Boulevard. Wednesday 12:28 a.m. — A man reported being the victim of a hit and run while his vehicle was parked on the first block of East Main Street. Wednesday 1:02 a.m. — Police arrested a 48-year-old man on the 2300 block of Ashland Street for a parole violation. Wednesday 3:45 a.m. — Police responded to a report of a deceased person on the 700 block of Siskiyou Boulevard. The man was determined to have passed away of natural causes.
