The case was referred to Jackson County Animal Control. Wednesday, 11:52 a.m. — A 27-year-old man was cited on a charge of obstructing sidewalks and passageways in the first block of East Main Street. Wednesday, 12:58 p.m. — A 34-year-old man was arrested on a charge of third degree theft after he was suspected of shoplifting at Market of Choice in the 1400 block of Siskiyou Boulevard. Wednesday, 3:02 p.m. — A 36-year-old man was cited on charges of violating a drug law in the first block of North Second Street. Wednesday, 6:02 p.m. — A 25-year-old man was arrested on a charge of theft after he was suspected of shoplifting at Market of Choice in the 1400 block of Siskiyou Boulevard.
