--> --> July 16: Medford American tops Ashland KLAMATH FALLS - Medford American scored seven runs in the seventh inning Monday to beat Ashland 9-5 and bounce the local club into the loser's bracket of the 11-to-12-year-old District 6 Little League tournament. The loss doesn't eliminate Ashland, but it will now need a semifinal win plus two straight wins over Medford American in the championship round to advance to the state tourney.
