Video by Michael LeBel For the Tidings The Daily Tidings sent its Man on the Street to ask locals the question: "What do you think happened on 9/11?" Brian Greig Donovan Reyna Vishtel Patel April Higginbotham Current Comments: Why are people so afraid of information? Why do people want to be left in the dark? Everything done in the name of Septmber the 11th has continued to affect us to this day. For example 9/11 was used as a pretext to start the Iraq War. I only wish that one day's worth of money from the war could go to Jackson or Josephine county so that we could have libraries, Josephine could get more than one sherrif and more than one day that their health and human resources office is open. SOS SOU. Danny - student - Ashland, OR - May 26th, 10:19 AM That info Wyden is seeking has nothing to do with the whacked-out conspiracy crap the Tidings is pushing. You should be ashamed for implying that it is related. For God's sake, Tidings, have some respect for truth and honesty. Respect your readers and the community you serve enough to fully research a subject like this before attempting to handle it as news. And by "research" I mean also reading info that counters your own opinions. Better yet, leave your opinions out of the news!!
