Monday, 1:19 p.m. — Police investigated a theft report in the 2300 block of Ashland Street. Monday, 3:08 p.m. — Police arrested a man at the intersection of North Second and B streets on charges of disorderly conduct and trespass. He was lodged at the Jackson County Jail. Monday, 7:10 p.m. — Police investigated a theft report involving several stolen packages in the 700 block of Clay Street. Tuesday, 10:37 a.m. — A bike was found in the 1100 block of Iowa Street. Tuesday, 12:46 p.m. — Police investigated a fraud case in the 500 block of Clover Lane. Tuesday, 12:52 p.m. — Police conducted a confidential abuse investigation in the 1100 block of East Main Street.
