ASHLAND Police Reports Comment By Local report DailyTidings.com By Local report Posted Sep. 10, 2015 at 7:40 PM By Local report Posted Sep. 10, 2015 at 7:40 PM » Social News Wednesday, 9:45 a.m. — A 20-year-old man was cited and released on a charge of third-degree theft Wednesday, 10:48 a.m. — A 19-year-old woman was arrested on charges of menacing, second-degree disorderly conduct and resisting arrest in the 600 block of Tolman Creek Road. About 20 minutes later, she was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct at the Bank of America in the 2300 block of Ashland Street. Wednesday, 12:07 p.m. — A 19-year-old woman (not the same person as in the prior incident) was arrested on charges of fourth-degree domestic assault, strangulation and harassment in the 400 block of Normal Avenue. She was lodged at Jackson County Jail. Wednesday, 12:26 p.m. — A 30-year-old man was arrested on a charge of third-degree theft after he was suspected of shoplifting at the Ashland Food Co-op in the 200 block of North First Street. He was additionally arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of second-degree theft. Wednesday, 4:04 p.m. — Two 32-year-old men were cited on a charge of using marijuana in public in the first block of East Main Street. Wednesday, 4:24 p.m. — A 29-year-old man was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of criminal driving while suspended in the 2000 block of Siskiyou Boulevard. Wednesday, 8:21 p.m. — Ashland police assisted Talent police in responding to a residential burglary in the 600 block of Talent Avenue. Wednesday, 9:32 p.m. — A stolen phone was reported in the 2200 block of Ashland Street. Wednesday, 9:58 p.m. — A 46-year-old woman was arrested for unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle and third-degree criminal mischief in the 100 block of Morton Street.
