The son returned home shortly after 2 a.m. Saturday morning. He said he had smoke some marijuana at a friend's house and fell asleep. 8:30 p.m. Friday - A male transient, 32, was cited for prohibited camping for sleeping in front of a business on the 1600 block of Ashland Street. The man had been warned on two previous occasions. 6:50 p.m. Friday - An unknown female stole $118.90 worth of clothing items from a store on E. Main Street. 5:32 p.m. Friday - A male transient, 59, was cited for possessing an open container of alcohol on E. Main Street at Pioneer Street. 4:37 p.m. Friday -An Ashland woman, 34, was cited for shoplifting $24.96 worth of items from the Market of Choice on Siskiyou Boulevard. Friday - An Ashland man, 20, was arrested by Medford police on Friday on suspicion of delivery of marijuana, possession of amphetamines, a probation violation and failure to appear on past drug charges. He was lodged into the Jackson County Jail in lieu of $20,000 bail. 6:24 p.m. Thursday - An Ashland man, 34, was seen blocking a lane of traffic with a construction sign on E. Main Street at 1st Street. As he attempted to flee, he crashed his bicycle. When an officer asked him to stop, the man fled and was last seen going the wrong way on Lithia Way. 5:42 p.m. Thursday - A male transient, 34, was cited for having an open container of alcohol on E. Main Street at Pioneer Street. 5:30 p.m. Thursday - A male juvenile was cited for stealing a can of soda and a package of candy at the Market of Choice on Siskiyou Boulevard. 5:15 p.m. Thursday - Report of a minor injury traffic accident on Alida Street at Blaine Street. 12:33 p.m. Thursday - Report of a man who entered the Ashland Creek Bar & Grill on E. Main Street through a window and took $100 from a cash box. 12:30 p.m. Thursday - A driver registered a signed document against another driver charging careless driving on E. Main at Wightman Street.
