He was lodged at the Jackson County Jail in Medford. 10:58 p.m. Tuesday - A man created a disturbance by throwing his girlfriend's furniture into a front yard and yelling in a threatening manner on the 100 block of Wightman Street. He was arrested for disorderly conduct and lodged at the Jackson County Jail. 6 p.m. Tuesday - A woman reported her husband had hurt her arm during an argument while she was holding their young child on Peachy Street. Her husband, an Ashland man, 31, was arrested for domestic assault and lodged at the Jackson County Jail. 5:43 p.m. Tuesday - Juvenile skateboarder was cited for skateboarding on the Plaza. His skateboard was confiscated. 4:56 p.m. Tuesday - A male juvenile was cited for possession of less than an ounce of marijuana after an officer observed him smoking under a bridge on Water Street. 12:55 a.m. Tuesday - Male transient, 25, was arrested for two outstanding Ashland Municipal Court warrants and cited for possession of less than an ounce of marijuana at the front lawn of Lithia Park. 6 a.m. Tuesday - Nine pink flamingo statues valued at $90 were stolen from the Stratford Inn on Siskiyou Boulevard. They belonged to the Ashland Christian Fellowship Church and was part of a fundraising event.
