Net access key at library Tidings readers have daily seen in letters to the editor the importance of a yes vote on the library bond. But there are more arguments to add to those thoughtful expressions already printed. One that has not been given as much attention as it deserves: computer access to the Internet. Question: How do citizens of our city expect the 20 to 30 percent of families without PCs to cope in the complex world of the 21st century without access to the worldwide means of communication? The current library facility has space for only one online computer terminal! Ashland needs a battery of computer terminals with access to the Internet.
