--> --> Russ is a plus Three cheers and healthy applause to Ashland Citizen's Budget Committee member Russ Silbiger for his comments on a reevaluation of the city's economic and cultural development grants, (March 14, 2002). As a member of one of the "smaller" theaters in town, we are very much aware of the difficulties of raising funds to support ourselves. We, like so many others, are truly non-profit, and must rely heavily on donations and grants to continue our productions.
