--> Case to rep hard of hearing in TDAP program Ashland Daily Tidings The Oregon Public Utilities Commission has tapped Ashlander H. Robert Case to represent the deaf and hard of hearing by serving on the Oregon Telecommunication Relay Service, and on the advisory council for the Telecommunication Devices Access Program (TDAP). Case, who has been largely deaf since birth, is a retired photographer and a skilled speech reader. In his role on the TDAP advisory council, Case will serve with six other consumer and professional representatives who are also hearing-impaired.
