FRENCH FUGITIVES HOLED UP NORTHEAST OF PARIS The two brothers suspected of killing 12 people at a French satirical newspaper appear to have taken a hostage in a printing house northeast of Paris, where another hostage situation broke out in a kosher market. 2. RADICALIZATION IN EUROPE TAKING ON NEW FORM Security experts say it's now an Internet-driven, generalized rage against Western society that can burst into the open at any time. 3. GOP-LED CONGRESS CLOSER TO A CLASH WITH OBAMA House Republicans are on track to pass legislation to authorize the construction of the contentious Keystone XL oil pipeline. 4.
