Friday, 7:08 a.m. — There was a DHS child welfare cross report in the 100 block of the Ashland area. Friday, 10:02 a.m. — There was a DHS child welfare cross report in the 100 block of the Ashland area. Friday, 11:59 a.m. — There was a DHS child welfare cross report in the 1500 block of Siskiyou Boulevard. Friday, 1:55 p.m. — There was a citation for use of marijuana in public and open container in public in the first block of Water Street. Friday, 2:23 p.m. — A man was arrested on an outstanding warrant for a parole violation in the first block of East Main Street. Friday, 3:01 p.m. — A man was arrested in the 1900 block of Highway 99 and lodged at the Jackson County jail charging first-degree theft and second-degree criminal mischief. He was in violation of his parole and subsequently lodged on a detention warrant. Friday, 4:08 p.m. — There was a report of found property in the first block of North Main Street. Friday, 4:30 p.m. — There was report of an unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle and theft near Granite Street and Water Plant Road. Friday, 5:24 p.m. — A man was cited for marijuana use in public near Lithia Way and North Pioneer Street. Friday, 9:38 p.m. — A man was arrested for interfering with a report in the 400 block of Liberty Street. He was lodged at Jackson County Jail. Friday, 10:07 p.m. — A male was taken into protective custody in the 100 block of Maple Street. Friday, 11:28 p.m. — A female was taken into protective custody in the first block of Morton Street. Saturday, 12:10 a.m. — A female was taken into protective custody and transported to Rogue Regional Medical Center near North Main Street and Manzanita Street. Saturday, 2:21 a.m. — There was an arrest for driving under the influence of intoxicants in first block of Helman Street. Saturday, 3:30 p.m. — There was a two-vehicle accident near Sherman Street and Siskiyou Boulevard. Saturday, 3:27 p.m. — There was an arrest on a warrant through the Ashland Municipal Court in the first block of North Main Street. Saturday, 8:18 p.m. — A man was arrested for an Ashland Municipal Court warrant for fail to appear on charges of second-degree criminal trespass in the 200 block of North 1st Street. Sunday, 4:17 p.m. — There was a citation for open container in public-ELEA near East Main Street and North Pioneer Street. Sunday, 5:08 p.m. — There was a citation for smoking prohibited in the first block of East Main Street. Sunday, 8:13 p.m. — There was an arrest for failure to perform duties of a driver — property damage — in the 200 block of Hargadine Street. Monday, 1:41 a.m. — There was an arrest for criminal trespassing and resisting arrest in the first block of North 2nd Street.
