Thursday, 6:53 p.m. — A 31-year-old man was arrested on a charge of theft after he was suspected of shoplifting at the Ashland Food Co-op in the 200 block of North First Street. He was cited and released. Thursday, 7:48 p.m. — A 35-year-old man was arrested on a warrant in the first block of North Main Street. Friday, 9:49 a.m. — An Apple iPad was found in the area of North Main and Water streets. Friday, 1:43 p.m. — A 43-year-old man was arrested on a Polk County warrant in the first block of Winburn Way. He was lodged at the Jackson County Jail. Friday, 6:38 p.m. — A cold theft case was reported in the first block of Third Street. Friday, 11:48 p.m. — Police investigated the sudden death of a man in the 900 block of Skylark Place. The cause was determined to be natural causes. Saturday, 12:56 a.m. — A 27-year-old man was arrested after he was suspected of stealing a police bait bike in the area of Siskiyou Boulevard and University Way. He was lodged at jail. Saturday, 2:38 a.m. — Police responded to a burglary at Rogue Valley Roasting Company in the 900 block of East Main Street. Saturday, 6:40 a.m. — Case Coffee reported a burglary in the 1200 block of Siskiyou Boulevard. Saturday, 8:55 a.m. — Police impounded an illegally parked vehicle in the 100 block of B Street. Saturday, 9:38 a.m. — Police assisted a man in a non-injury motor vehicle accident involving a single vehicle in the area of North Main and Schofield streets. Saturday, 10:18 a.m. — Patina Soul reported a burglary in the 300 block of Lithia Way. Nothing appeared to have been taken. Saturday, 12:24 p.m. — A man was taken into protective custody and transported to detox after he was too intoxicated to care for himself in the 100 block of East Main Street. Saturday, 12:38 p.m. — A 34-year-old man was cited on a charge of open container in the 100 block of Will Dodge Way. Saturday, 2:08 p.m. — A burglary was reported in the 700 block of Clay Street. Saturday, 3:06 p.m. — Police confiscated a woman's marijuana pipe in the first block of Winburn Way. Saturday, 3:42 p.m. — A 24-year-old woman was arrested on an Ashland warrant following a report of disorderly conduct in the 100 block of East Main Street. She was lodged at jail. Saturday, 8:45 p.m. — A 45-year-old man was arrested on charges of attempting to elude, trespassing, theft and felony probation violation in the area of East Main and Fourth streets. He was lodged at jail. Saturday, 11:20 p.m. — A vehicle was reported stolen in the area of B and Oak streets. Saturday, 11:00 p.m. — A 23-year-old man was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct, harassment and assault in the area of North Pioneer Street and Lithia Way. Sunday, 3 a.m. — A 26-year-old man was arrested on a charge of driving while suspended in the area of Siskiyou Boulevard and Walker Ave. Sunday, 9:38 a.m. — Police responded to a domestic disturbance in the 1900 block of Mohawk Street. A 53-year-old man man was arrested on a charge of menacing and was lodged at jail. He was later arrested again at 3:22 p.m. Sunday in the same location on charges of violating a no-contact release agreement, disorderly conduct, fourth-degree assault and harassment. He was lodged at jail. Sunday, 6:18 p.m. — A 42-year-old man was cited on a charge of open container in the first block of North Main Street. He was cited again in the same location at 7:02 p.m. Sunday on a charge of offensive littering after he was suspected of urinating in public. Sunday, 10:21 p.m. — A 29-year-old man was arrested after he was suspected of threatening the clerk at the Minute Market in the 1600 block of Siskiyou Boulevard. Monday, 2:40 a.m. — A 21-year-old man was arrested on a charge of first-degree theft after he was suspected of stealing a bicycle in the area of Beach Street and Siskiyou Boulevard.
