Ashland Police & Fire 12:10 p.m. to 4:20 p.m. Monday - seven counts of Criminal mischief two, 1600 block of Ashland Street, 2000 block of Ashland Street, 1600 block of Siskiyou Boulevard, 100 block of North Main, 100 block of Lithia Way, 100 block of North First Street, unknown person put glue substance in the locking mechanism of the paper box, damage estimated at $50 per machine. 10 p.m. Monday - Attempt to elude, trespassing two, warrant, Morton and East Main streets, four subjects were contacted in the Ashland Cemetery, one subject fled on foot, arrested in a backyard near 500 block of East Main, suspect transported and lodged in Jackson County Jail. 12:01 a.m. Tuesday - Possession, Siskiyou Boulevard and Wightman Street, stopped vehicle for failure to obey a traffic control device, consented to search which turned up less than one ounce of marijuana and three twist bags of cocaine. 12:33 a.m. Tuesday - disorderly conduct and harassment, 1300 block of Iowa Street, male juvenile cited and released after charges of disorderly conduct, harassment, minor in possession of alcohol and tobacco.
