--> --> April 24: Rowing club places seven Ashland Daily Tidings The fast-growing Ashland Rowing Club entered nearly 20 boats in the Covered Bridge Regatta April 13 in Dexter and came away with seven top-four places, including a trio of first-place efforts. Taking first for the club - all in the Masters class - was the women's four team, the men's single and men's double. The Ashland rowers also took second and third in the mixed Master's eight race and a third in the women's eight. The Masters class is for rowers age 27 and older. The Southern Oregon University rowing club also participated in the regatta, placing second and fifth in the men's college four and third in the women's eight. Email your...
