ASHLAND POLICE & FIRE 2:54 a.m. Friday - DUII, Tolman Creek Road and Ashland Street, Ashland woman, 27, cited and released to a sober adult. 2:38 a.m. Friday - DUII, Nursery and North Main streets, Talent man, 23, cited for DUII alcohol and controlled substance. 3:18 p.m. Thursday - Two-car accident, East Main and Fordyce streets, no injuries. PHOENIX POLICE 4:08 a.m. Friday - DUII, 600 block Main Street, Kennewick, Wash. man, 23, cited after being stopped for driving a semi-truck down the center of the road in the middle of the night with his headlights off. 6:24 p.m. Thursday - Phoenix man, 19, cited for criminal trespassing, disorderly conduct and minor in possession of alcohol at Phoenix High School, 700 block North Rose Street, lodged in Jackson County Jail. 12:08 p.m. Thursday - Two-car accident, 100 block Fern Valley Road, Phoenix man, 36, cited for following too close, driving without insurance, driving while suspended, illegal display of license plates, expired plates and failure to register vehicle, driver in car which was struck, a Talent man, transported to Rogue Valley Medical Center with minor injuries.
