At the scene, an Ashland man, 53, was yelling and trying to incite the crowd. The man suffered a puncture wound to his left calf. The man was uncooperative with police and medical personnel and refused to make a statement. He was arrested for disorderly conduct and lodged at the Jackson County Jail in Medford. 10 p.m. Thursday - A girl was arrested for being in possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and being in possession of alcohol on the 100 block of Lincoln Street. The girl was released to her mother. 7:44 p.m. Thursday - Ashland man, 56, was arrested for assault and harassment on the 400 block of Morton Street at and lodged at the Jackson County Jail. 4:16 p.m. Thursday - An officer attempted to contact a man who tried to block the officer's view of his expired vehicle tags in the parking lot of a gas station on the 2300 block of Ashland Street. The Medford man, 40, was arrested for two outstanding warrants and lodged at the Jackson County Jail.
