The man reportedly began swinging a wooden pole at the two males as well as at bystanders. He was arrested for disorderly conduct and two outstanding municipal court warrants and lodged at the Jackson County Jail in Medford. o 4:58 p.m. Tuesday - Ashland female, 37, was lodged at the Jackson County Jail for menacing on the 100 block of Wightman Street. o 4:39 p.m. Tuesday - The Water Street Cafe on North Main Street reported five potted plants valued at $100 were stolen. o 3:09 p.m. Tuesday - A woman reported her husband had violated an active restraining order by repeatedly calling her workplace on the Southern Oregon University campus. o 10:17 a.m. Tuesday - A Talent woman struck a traffic signal and a bike rack on Second Street at East Main Street. She was taken to Ashland Community Hospital and had surgery performed on her left arm.
