RCC seeks bond levy A bond levy forwarded to voters by Rogue Community College officials would raise Jackson County property taxes by 25 cents per $1,000 of assessed value. Property tax forms issued by Jackson County Personal property tax forms for 2002 are available through the Jackson County Assessor's Office. Prescribed burn in Applegate Residents concerned about smoke on the horizon can rest assured. The Bureau of Land Management is conducting prescribed burning in the Applegate Valley west of Ashland.
