He was taken to the Jackson County Jail on a probation violation of his non-alcohol clause. 8:10 p.m. Wednesday - A 27-year-old male was arrested for an outstanding warrant for possession of less than one ounce of marijuana. He was cited and released by Ashland Police. 9:15 a.m. Wednesday - A man reported he was riding a specialized bicycle on Siskiyou Boulevard when a tan Volvo made an abrupt turn onto Walker Street. The bicycle struck the Volvo and the bicyclist was thrown from his bike. The Volvo left the scene without stopping. The bicyclist suffered injuries to his head, arm and leg. 5:30 p.m. Tuesday - Ashland Police detectives executed a a consent search at a residence at the 300 block of Butler Creek Road. Methamphetamine and numerous drug related items were seized. A suspect was arrested and transported to the Jackson County Jail.
