Ritzinger Betty May Ritzinger, 68, of Ashland, died Wednesday (September 28, 2005) at the Skylark Enhanced Care Center, Ashland. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, October 8, 2005 at Patio Village in the recreation room at 233 Eva Way, Talent. She was born May 21, 1937 in Ashland, Oregon, a daughter of Mabel and Harry Mackay. She had lived in the Rogue Valley all her life, primarily in Ashland and Phoenix. Mrs. Ritzinger enjoyed camping, gardening, animals, and spending time with her family. She is survived by one daughter, Kathryn Large of Bristol, TN; two sons, Steven Ritzinger of Springfield, OR and Joseph Ritzinger of Medford, OR; four sisters, three brothers; eight grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and her former husband, Eugene (Bud) Ritzinger. She was preceded in death by one brother; and one son. She was loved by everyone and will be dearly missed. Arrangements: Litwiller-Simonsen Funeral Home, Ashland.
