--> --> Taliban = Hitler The Taliban has ordered the execution of ANY U.N. worker attempting communication with the outside. Do these appear to be rational people willing to come to a "peaceful resolution?" When the Al-Qaeda organization began attacks on U.S. interests, they started out comparatively minor. Look now, what's next? We have an obligation to the world to keep these things from happening to anyone. When we say we don't want any additional bloodshed, of course not, but that makes the nearly 7,000 lives lost sound worthless. These people were parents, children and siblings. We owe it to them and their families for this to matter and to stop it. If someone invades your home, you're not going to passively allow your family to be harmed to save yourself. There is no difference between the Taliban and Hitler. These women's husbands are being slaughtered and skinned, they are forbidden to work to feed their children. These women and babies are starving to death, the Taliban has seized food supplies to Afghanistan. Dying quickly is probably the least of their worries right now. Watch "Beneath The Veil" on CNN and see how they live. We need to save these people from their government. It's unfortunate, but sometimes innocent lives are lost to bring peaceful, productive ones to others. Should Hitler have been allowed to continue his reign of terror?
