The closing ceremony of the 2018 Hiroshima-Nagasaki Observance Thursday has been moved indoors due to smoke and heat. The ceremony is now set to begin at 5 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 9, in Pioneer Hall at 73 Winburn Way, Ashland, not far from the Japanese Garden in Lithia Park where it was originally to have been held.
