Pre-shows start at 6:15 and include Dixieland Band, Rogue Valley Symphony Brass Quintet, Jabberwocky Good Time Band, Ashland Brass Quintet, German Band and Jefferson State Brass. Ashland City Band also will present a program of patriotic music at noon July 4. All concerts in the series are free. The Roadsters The band — Annette Marie Fortino on percussion, Joe Carnes on rhythm guitar, “Billy Boy” Santos on bass, Jerry Horton on drums, James Fletcher on lead guitar and Elena Shpatenko-Fletcher on keys — will play a mix of country, oldies, classic rock and pop at 6 p.m. Friday, June 17, at Del Rio Vineyards, 52 N. River Road, Gold Hill. The show is the first of the winery's series of summer concerts. Admission is $10. See www.delriovineyards.com or call 541-855-2062. Eric Burdon & The Animals Rock and Roll Hall of Famer Eric Burdon and his band will perform at 7:30 p.m. Friday, June 17, at the Britt Pavilion, 350 S. First St., Jacksonville. Hailed by Rolling Stone Magazine as one of the greatest voices of all time, Burdon's music has topped the charts for more than five decades. The Weight — with members of The Band and The Levon Helm Band — will open the show. Tickets are $36 for lawn seating, $26 for ages 12 and younger, $59 for reserved seating, $124 for premium blanket seating for two, $248 for premium blanket seating for four, and can be purchased online at brittfest.org , at the box office, 216 W. Main St., Medford, or by calling 541-773-6077. Roy Zimmerman Singer, songwriter and satirist Roy Zimmerman will present "This Machine," a program of his original send-ups that lampoon politics, social injustice, poverty, war and human foibles, at 7 p.m. Monday, June 20, at the Ashland library, 410 Siskiyou Blvd. Zimmerman's songs have been heard on HBO and Showtime. He's shared stages with Bill Maher, Robin Williams, Ellen DeGeneres, John Oliver, Kate Clinton and George Carlin. He's been profiled on NPR's “All Things Considered,” and he's a featured blogger for the Huffington Post. Admission is $15. Call 541-774-6996 or see www.jcls.org . Lecrae with Switchfoot Christian hip-hop artist Lecrae, along with alternative rock band Switchfoot, will perform at 7 p.m. Saturday, June 18, in the Lithia Amphitheater at The Expo, 1 Peninger Road, Central Point. VIP tickets are available and include early entry, an autographed poster and a meet-and-greet with the performers. Tickets also will be available at the door. The show is open to all ages.
