She was taken to detox. 10:35 p.m. Sunday - An Ashland man, 28, was arrested for an outstanding warrant after a traffic stop on Siskiyou Boulevard at Frances Lane. 7:10 p.m. Sunday - Ashland woman, 38, on California Street, cited for driving while suspended and for having an outstanding Ashland Municipal Court Warrant. 6:16 p.m. Sunday - Three people were cited for drinking alcohol on the front lawn of Lithia Park. 11:30 p.m. Saturday - A residence on the 300 block of Garfield Street was broken into and a necklace was stolen. A neighbor, an Ashland man, 23, was observed wearing the necklace. He was cited for theft, criminal mischief and possessing less than an ounce of marijuana.
