Tuesday, 10:03 a.m. — A 23-year-old man was arrested on disorderly conduct and menacing charges in the 200 block of North First Street and lodged in the Jackson County Jail. Tuesday, 1:43 p.m. — A 33-year-old man was arrested on second-degree theft charges in the 200 block of North First Street after he shoplifted from the Ashland Food Co-op earlier in the day. Tuesday, 1:43 p.m. — A 27-year-old man was arrested on trespass and third-degree theft charges in the 200 block of North First Street. Tuesday, 3:10 p.m. — A lost bike was reported found in the 300 block of A Street. Tuesday, 4:03 p.m. — A 33-year-old man was arrested on a second-degree theft charge in the first block of North Main Street. Tuesday, 4:36 p.m. — A 33-year-old man was arrested on a harassment charge in the first block of North Main Street and lodged in the Jackson County Jail. Tuesday, 5:29 p.m. — Police investigated a reported theft in the first block of Fifth Street. Wednesday, 12:09 a.m. — A 27-year-old man was arrested on a warrant and a public urination charge in first block of North Main Street. Wednesday, 2:46 a.m. — Police placed an adult male in protective custody at the corner of Will Dodge Way and North Pioneer Street for detox.
