ASHLAND FIRE & RESCUE 4 a.m. Wednesday - Burglary two, theft, 600 block of Frances Lane, an adult male was apprehended during an in-progress burglary, attempted to take $750 in various items, lodged in the Jackson County Jail. 8:38 p.m. Tuesday - DUII, Tolman Creek Road and Ashland Street, male arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol. 12:31 p.m. Tuesday - Prohibited camping, 00 block of Water Street, marked transient encampment with a 24-hour notice to vacate. 11:36 a.m. Tuesday - Criminal driving while suspended, stopped male, found he was driving while having a suspended license, lodged in the Jackson County Jail.
