Police reports, Oct. 16-17 Tuesday Oct 17, 2017 at 3:18 PM Oct 17, 2017 at 3:18 PM Monday, 9:17 a.m. — Police investigated a fraud report in the 1600 block of Ashland Street. Monday, 2:52 p.m. — Police transported an adult male from the intersection of Bellview Avenue and Siskiyou Boulevard to detox. Monday, 5:05 p.m. — Police investigated a theft report in the 100 block of Maple Street. Monday, 5:32 p.m. — Police cited two men for violating open container laws in the 100 block of North Pioneer Street. Monday, 9:10 p.m. — Police cited a man for driving under the influence of intoxicants at the intersection of Morton Street and Siskiyou Boulevard. Monday, 11:09 p.m. — A subject stop in the 500 block of Siskiyou Boulevard led to a man's warrant arrest. Monday, 11:53 p.m. — Police arrested a man in the 500 block of Siskiyou Boulevard for violating a no contact release agreement and possession of methamphetamine. Tuesday, 12:13 a.m. — Police placed a subject in the 100 block of Oak Street in protective custody and and transported them to detox. Tuesday, 2:38 a.m. — Police arrested a man in the 2300 block of Ashland Street on a statewide felony warrant charging identity theft, fraudulent use of a credit card, and third-degree theft. He was also charged with an additional count of methamphetamine possession. Tuesday, 3 a.m. — A subject stop at the intersection of East Main and South Pioneer streets led to the arrest of a man for interfering with police and providing false information to law enforcement.
