Feidin Santana, 23, said he pulled out his cellphone and began filming when he saw the altercation between Scott and officer Michael Slager begin after a traffic stop. Contrary to Slager’s version of events, Santana’s video shows Slager shoot Scott several times as Scott is running away. Slager was jailed after being charged with murder on Tuesday. QUOTE OF NOTE "I want to thank all the fans, friends, teammates, coaches and the Pacers organization for their support and prayers during this time. I also want to apologize to everyone, particularly the NBA and the Pacers for my bad choice at being out at that time,” Indiana Pacers forward Chris Copeland said in a statement released earlier today. Copeland and his girlfriend were stabbed outside a New York City nightclub earlier this week after a fight broke out among other patrons. Copeland had surgery to repair injuries incurred on his abdomen and left elbow. MUST-SEE VIDEO: Baby elephant has a happy reunion with her mother A baby elephant had a happy reunion with her mother earlier this week at Elephant Nature Park in Thailand. The pair were separated for nearly three-and-a-half years after the baby, Mebai, was sold into the tourism industry to give elephant rides. A worker at the nature park tracked little Mebai down and convinced the owner to retire her, setting the stage for the permanent family reunion.
