Public assist information was exchanged between the two parties. 3:11 p.m. Tuesday - A pit bull valued at $1,100 was reported stolen from a residence on the 100 block of Iowa Street. 12:15 p.m. Tuesday - A neighbor on the 800 block of Faith Avenue reported suspected drug activity at a nearby residence. A consented search resulted in the seizure of a marijuana cigarette. Ashland woman, 20, cited for possession of less than an ounce of marijuana. 11:37 a.m. Tuesday - Report of suspicious phone calls to students at Southern Oregon University. Several callers have identified themselves as SOU employees and have asked students for personal information, including social security numbers.
