The man reportedly entered the residence through a window, broke a piece of furniture and a pot and started to yell obscenities at a woman. The man was arrested on charges of burglary, criminal trespassing and criminal mischief. He was taken to the Jackson County Jail in Medford. 5:11 p.m. Tuesday - Washington man cited for stealing $7.50 worth of lip balm from the Market of Choice on Siskiyou Boulevard. 2:46 p.m. Tuesday - Report of a man yelling at people on North Laurel Street at North Main Street. An officer observed the transient, 47, screaming at a stopped vehicle while grabbing his private parts. The man was arrested and taken to the Jackson County Jail. Oregon State Police 10:45 a.m. Tuesday - Report of a motorcycle accident on Interstate 5 near exit 19 in Ashland. A British Columbia man, 26, fell off his motorcycle onto the payment. He was taken to Rogue Valley Medical Center in Medford and released.
