Male transient, 19, arrested for a warrant out of Wisconsin. He was taken to the Jackson County Jail in Medford. 12:12 p.m. Sunday - Report of a theft of a vehicle by a person known to the victim on Emerick Street. The vehicle was located in Medford. A male transient was arrested and lodged at the Jackson County Jail. Sunday morning - Ashland man, 20, arrested for assaulting his girlfriend in front of their infant son on Tolman Creek Road. The man was lodged at the Jackson County Jail. 2:40 a.m. Sunday - A Portland man, 25, was pulled over for weaving in his lane of traffic on Highway 99 at Creel Road. The man was cited for driving under the influence of alcohol, driving while suspended, and failure to provide insurance and registration. 8:43 p.m. Saturday - A juvenile was cited for possession of less than an ounce of marijuana on Winburn Way. 5:50 p.m. Saturday - A vehicle struck a parked vehicle at the Market of Choice on Siskiyou Boulevard and drove away without leaving any information. Damaged to the parked vehicle estimated at $600.
