Foley On July 21, 2005, Neil Steven Foley passed away in Sun River, Oregon due to cardiac complications. Neil was born on May 1, 1950 in Chicago, Illinois. He is survived by his wife Vicki of 27 years; his sons, Adam and Tyler of Redlands, California; his mother, Katherine Foley of Auburn, California; his sister and brother-in-law Val and John McMichael of Granite Bay, California; and his sister Tamara Foley of Portland, Oregon. Over the past 32 years, Neil touched so many lives through his passions for teaching, swimming, water polo, coaching and his pursuit of good friends and lasting relationships. Neil's family welcomes all of you to share in honoring and celebrating the life of a truly remarkable man. There will be a celebration of Neil's life Saturday, July 30, 2005 from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at 6740 Hwy 66 just past mile marker No. 5, Ashland. This celebration will be outdoors on the green in typical "Neil" fashion of casual summer attire with flat shoes. Bring blankets for sitting. Please carpool if possible. Parking is limited. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Neil S. Foley Aquatic Scholarship Fund, P.O. Box 3018, Ashland, Oregon 97520.
