--> Rogue Valley Symphony auditions Auditions for the Concertmaster position in the Rogue Valley Symphony will be held Sept. 16. The auditions will be held in Ashland for employment to begin in September, 2001, or at the winning candidate's earliest availability. The Rogue Valley Symphony has been the major musical force serving Ashland, Medford and Grants Pass in southern Oregon for 34 years. The symphony is the third largest symphony in Oregon and performs five different series for all three communities, as well as two family concerts and student concerts. The Rogue Valley Symphony Association (RVSA) has an annual budget of $443,000. College credit is given for students participating in the symphony.
