He was lodged at the Jackson County Jail. o 3:34 a.m. Sunday - Report that a passenger of a vehicle was observed using drugs. The car was stopped by an Ashland Police Officer on Interstate Five near Talent. The driver, a Turlock, Calif., man was arrested for possession of heroin. Two female passengers, a Portland woman and a Turlock, Calif., woman were arrested for possession of methamphetamine. All three were lodged at the Jackson County Jail. Talent Police o 8 a.m. Saturday - Graffiti was reported spay painted on the bandstand on East Main Street near the Talent City Hall.
