--> --> Man pleads guilty to delivering meth to minor Ashland Daily Tidings Ryan Jeffrey Keller, a 19-year-old San Clemente, Calif. man, pleaded guilty to delivering a controlled substance to a minor, becoming the second of three suspects accused of abusing teens at the Community Works Youth Diagnostics Center in Talent to admit guilt. Keller was facing two counts of delivery of a controlled substance - methamphetamine - to a minor and one count of possession of a controlled substance, but two of the counts were dismissed as part of his plea agreement, according to a court clerk. Keller changed his plea Tuesday afternoon. A sentencing hearing will be held following a pre-sentencing investigation, the court clerk said. Keller follows Disiree Joy Seiver, a 22-year-old Central Point woman who worked as a supervisor at the shelter, who also pleaded guilty to some of the charges against her and agreed to testify against her co-worker Wayne Randall Gatrel, 42, of Medford. Seiver pleaded guilty to three counts of third-degree rape, one count of attempted third-degree rape, two counts of endangering the welfare of a minor, one count of racketeering, and one count of contributing to the sexual delinquency of a minor. Gatrel faces four charges of using a child in display of sexually explicit conduct, two counts of contributing to the sexual delinquency of a minor, five counts of third-degree sexual abuse, and one count each of attempted contributing to the sexual delinquency of a minor, harassment and racketeering.
