Monday 2:13 p.m. — Ashland man, 18, and two adolescents cited for minor in possession of alcohol by consumption, 300 block of North Mountain Avenue. Ashland woman, 66, cited for allowing minors to consume alcohol on her property. Monday 6:30 a.m. — Transient man, 28, cited for prohibited camping. He was camping behind the Recycling Center, 200 block of Water Street. Monday 6:17 a.m. — Man cited for prohibited camping. He was camping in the bird habitat section of North Mountain Park. Sunday 4:49 p.m. — Vicious dog chased a five-year-old girl and bit a second dog at Helman School, 700 block of Helman Street. The dog was taken to Jackson County Animal Shelter. Sunday 1:18 p.m. — Ashland man, 50, cited for DUII, Highway 99 and Valley View Road. Sunday morning — Car egged overnight while parked in lot, 500 block of Clay Street. Sunday 5:20 a.m. — Ashland man, 39, arrested for domestic assault, harassment, disorderly conduct, burglary and kidnapping following a domestic disturbance on the 200 block of West Nevada Street. The man was taken to Jackson County Jail. Sunday 12:44 a.m. — Ashland man and Citrus Heights, Calif., man, both 35, arrested for disorderly conduct following a fight outside of Kat Wok, East Main and Pioneer streets. The California man was also cited with criminal mischief for causing damage to a stopped vehicle and resisting arrest. Saturday 4:38 p.m. — Confidential drug information, Ashland area. Saturday 4:02 p.m. — Confidential drug information, Ashland area. Saturday afternoon — Broken rear window, Boudashery shop, 100 block of East Main Street. The vandalism occurred between May 23 and Saturday. Saturday 2:23 p.m. — Ashland woman, 22, arrested for assault and harassment, 1300 block of Lee Street. Saturday 12:11 p.m. — City of Ashland vehicle involved in a minor motor vehicle crash, North Main Street near Church Street. Saturday 9:58 p.m. — Stolen plates confiscated from vehicle, 2900 block of Diane Street. Saturday 8 a.m. — Items valued at more than $2,000, including a laptop, stolen from vehicle parked on 1100 block of Village Square Drive. The theft occurred overnight. Friday 11:35 p.m. — Ashland man, 19, cited for unnecessary noise, 400 block of Scenic Street. Friday 5:25 p.m. — Boy cited for minor in possession of alcohol by consumption and prohibited skateboarding, Lithia Park near the concession stand. Friday 2:59 p.m. — Restraining order violation, Lithia Way near East Main Street. Ashland man, 41, was riding in a vehicle driven by the protected person. Talent Police Saturday 6:46 p.m. — Talent man cited for DUII, 300 block of Mountain View Drive.
